VIP Access - 2 hours exclusive use of the play cafe, for up to 12 children.
Party Food Buffet - Jam, Cheese & Ham Sandwiches, Pom Bears, Carrot & Cucumber Sticks, Sausage Rolls, Cocktail Sausages, Jammie Dodgers, Party Rings, Fruit Platter. We can also cater to most dietary requirements.
Tableware - Plates, Cups, Napkins and a centrepiece trio of helium balloons.
On-site Barista - Your guests can purchase hot/cold drinks and cakes/snacks, or you can set up a tab.
Set Up/Clean Down - Just turn up, party, and leave! A no-stress celebration for you and them.

FAQs
Can I bring my own cake?
Of course! We have a cake stand for you to display the cake, and will happily cut and serve the cake for you and your guests, or put it into party bags to take home. Just don’t forget napkins to wrap it in.
How do I book?
We require a non refundable deposit of £150 to secure the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the party. Email bubsandbrews@gmail.com with your preferred party date and time slot, plus your mobile number and the name and age of the birthday guest, then we’ll send you a payment link for the deposit by text to secure your slot.
Can I bring my own decorations/party bags etc?
Absolutely- however you’ll need to put up/take down any decorations during your two - hour time slot, and you can’t attach anything to the walls.
I’m not sure yet about numbers/theme/extras- when do I need to let you know?
For decorations, party bags and cupcakes, please let us know one month before the party date. For adult food and extra children, you can let us know one week before.
Can I provide my own food?
No- we are not a dry hire venue.
I’d like to arrange extra entertainment- is that OK?
Yes, we can help to source this as well if needed. However we don’t allow facepainting, glitter boutiques or messy crafts.
